1. Limited Warranty

All HARDING WATCH products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model, or
  • offer an appropriate solution where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or from an authorized HARDING WATCH retailer.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage caused by use, accident, or improper handling,
  • damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, or unauthorized repair or modification,
  • damage caused by exposure beyond the product’s intended water resistance or operating conditions,
  • straps, bracelets, or other consumable parts subject to normal use, unless defective upon delivery,
  • loss or theft of the product.

Any warranty claim may be refused if the product has been altered, tampered with, or repaired by a third party not authorized by HARDING WATCH.

3. Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition,
  • be returned in its original packaging,
  • include all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery:

  • customized or personalized products,
  • products showing signs of wear or use,
  • gift cards or promotional items,
  • any item returned incomplete or damaged by the customer.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask you to provide:

  • clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide instructions for return, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is accepted due to a confirmed defect, shipping error, or approved warranty issue, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable processing period.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable fees may not be refunded unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is otherwise approved by us.
